    No partial refunds are issued for unused time in your billing period.

    • - Our support is designed to be helpful and efficient — but it doesn’t cover full redesigns, major feature additions, or repeated scope changes unless agreed and quoted for.

    • - We reserve the right to end any working relationship if there is abusive behaviour, non-payment, or misuse of services.
