  • Welcome to Websy! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use our services. By engaging with Websy or purchasing any of our packages, you agree to the terms outlined below.


  • 1. Our Services

    Websy provides Smart Websites — custom-built, lead-generating websites tailored to help businesses grow online. Our services include website design, development, hosting, and optional monthly support and optimisation.


    2. Packages & Payment

    2.1 Setup Fees

    Each website package (Starter, Pro Presence, Elite Engine) includes a one-time setup fee. This is payable upfront before the project begins.

    2.2 Monthly Fees

    Monthly fees cover hosting, support, updates, and access to included tools such as the AI chatbot, booking systems, and SEO maintenance (as outlined in your chosen plan).

    Monthly fees begin once your website goes live and are billed automatically every 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.


    3. Client Responsibilities

    To keep projects running smoothly, you agree to:

    • - Provide all required content, branding, and login access in a timely manner.

    • - Review and approve work promptly during the design and revision phases.

    • - Keep your monthly subscription active if you wish to retain hosting, tools, and support.


  • 4. Revisions & Support

  • 4.1 Revisions

    Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your plan. Additional revisions can be quoted separately if needed.

    4.2 Ongoing Support

    Support includes help with updates, lead tools, blog posts, and general website maintenance. It does not include major redesigns or new feature builds, which may be quoted separately.


  • 5. Cancellation & Termination

    You can cancel your monthly service anytime by providing 30 days' written notice via email. Upon cancellation:

    • Your website and data will remain live until the end of your billing period.

    • After cancellation, your website may be taken offline unless you've arranged a transfer or export.

    Refunds are not issued for setup fees or partial months of service.


  • 6. Intellectual Property

    Once full payment has been received:

    • You own the rights to your website design and content.

    • Websy reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    All third-party tools (e.g. AI chatbots, booking software) are subject to their own licenses and terms of use.


  • 7. Liability & Warranties

    While we aim to ensure your website performs effectively:

    • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. search engine rankings or sales).

    • We are not liable for damages, losses, or data issues caused by client misuse or third-party service outages.

    We will always act in good faith and aim to resolve any issues swiftly and fairly.


  • 8. Modifications to Terms

    Websy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify active clients via email and update the date at the top of this page.
